Syed Abdullah Hussain serves as the Director of Tax at ProBookkeeperOnline LLC, bringing extensive experience in U.S. taxation, bookkeeping, compliance, and financial reporting. An ACCA (UK) Part Qualified professional with global exposure, Abdullah has worked with accounting firms and businesses across the United States, United Kingdom, and Pakistan, delivering high-quality tax and accounting solutions with precision and consistency.
With more than 8 years of experience, including a solid foundation at EY Ford Rhodes as Senior Tax Executive,
Abdullah has developed deep expertise in preparing federal and state tax returns for individuals, LLCs, S-Corps, and C-Corps. His background also includes tax health checks, IRS correspondence support, penalty abatement assistance, registration matters, and strategic tax planning for both local and multinational clients.
Abdullah also brings strong hands-on experience in bookkeeping, financial cleanups, payroll processing, AP/AR management, and monthly reconciliations using QuickBooks Online, Xero, ProConnect, and Drake. His experience working with U.S. CPA firms as an offshore tax preparer has refined his ability to work accurately under pressure, manage complex deliverables, and maintain strict confidentiality.
He has also served in international roles, including with Britannia Accounting Services in London, where he handled bookkeeping for law firms and SMEs, participated in HMRC forensic audits, and supported cloud migration projects.
Abdullah holds a BSc (Hons) in Applied Accounting from Oxford Brookes University (Nov 2025) and continues to advance academically within the ACCA program. His diverse background, technical proficiency, and commitment to service excellence make him a valuable leader in managing ProBookkeeperOnline’s tax operations.
